Public speaking engagements and training for Branch Office Managers and supervisory leaders are arranged independently.  The focus and concentration of the engagement relates to sales practice supervision, litigation risk and prevention, and best ethical practice standards.  Speaking/training opportunities can be arranged at the date, time, and location of your choice.  A session could be the perfect addendum to your BOM annual training program, meeting and planning sessions.   

Your session may be eligible for Continuing Education credit.  Speaking engagements have included Cornell Law School, Investment Law Clinic, Suffolk University Law School Investment Law Clinic, PIABA Annual Meeting (2014,2016).  I have also conducted a collection of confidential training sessions for broker-dealers and financial service firms in the United States. 

Sessions are one to two hours in length and participation is on a strictly confidential basis secured by agreement between the parties.
